Association pour la Protection et l’Épanouissement de la Famille (APEF)

Since 2007, APEF has been implementing micro-credit programs for more than 300 local women financed by Fonds Social de Developpement. Since August of 2003, they have also provided community services in the refugee camps of Djibouti.
