Afghanistan Migrants Advice and Support Organization (AMASO)

AMASO is a small humanitarian, non-governmental and non-profit organization staffed by Abdul Ghafoor (Director of AMASO) and Liza Schuster. They offer migration advice and counseling to those planning to leave Afghanistan and to those recently returned (voluntarily or by force). They provide expert reports in asylum cases, prepare statements to aid refugee family reunification, and facilitate communication between lawyers, supporters and deportees. They mainly mainly help those who are referred through referrals by organizations and individuals based in Europe. They claim to provide temporary accommodation and educational workshops too.
